If you do not know the difference between classes of amplifiers, you need to look it up. This is the only class A/B amp kicker makes in the ZX line up. I have this powering one Kicker 8 inch 2 ohm DVC Solo Baric, and man does it pound. Honestly, it is more than I actually wanted bass wise), but hey for the prices I got them for from Amazon, so what. I powered that same speaker on a friend’s Memphis Audio 500W mono amp (a class D). This difference from that amp to this one was night and day. Not to mention you couldn’t hear his other Memphis Audio 10′ woofer over my Kicker 8″ Solo Baric. I highly recommend this amplifier!
